Eyemind is now part of the Meyra Group
It is a great pleasure for us and not the least our target group to be able to announce that Eyemind is now part of the Meyra Group. On 3 September 2024, the majority of shares in Eyemind ApS were sold to Meyra Group.
With the sale to the Meyra Group, Eyemind enters a company that is a leading supplier of innovative mobility and rehabilitation products whose purpose is to convey joy of life and mobility to end users, their families and professionals.
Bernd Fabian, CEO Meyra Group, sees Eyemind's highly innovative eye control solution, GazeDriver, as a strong complement to Meyra:

The global market introduction will take place at Europe’s leading trade fair for mobility and rehabilitation products, the Rehacare in Düsseldorf end of September 2024.
The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
